1.) Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders must be 6 minimum per item. We do not have a minimum dollar amount as our customer base consists of both larger stores as well as a number of smaller stores, nurseries and interior design shops. Testers are free upon request with 12 or more ordered for our salves, oils, lotions, spritzers and colognes – only when necessary, please;
2.) Shipping is the expense of the buyer. Please allow 1+ weeks for receipt of your order, depending on your proximity to Santa Cruz. This will determine the time in transit that will get those goods on your shelf or for that special event! Most orders go out within a day or two. Let us know if there is a rush and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order for timely delivery.
3.) Wholesale customers must provide either seller’s permit (State of California), business license or tax i.d. in their state to be allowed to buy wholesale. There are a few exceptions so please ask;
4.) Opening orders must pay by Visa, M/C, Discover, American Express, PayPal, C.O.D. or Cashier’s Check. Net terms on approved accounts, after first order. We reserve the right to add a finance charge of 1.5% to all past due accounts. If the need for collections arises, any collection fees are to be paid by customer. Any unauthorized cancellations, refused orders or returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus all freight charges;
5.) Freight damages are the responsibility of the carrier. Within one day of receipt, please notify Bonny Doon Farm by fax, e-mail or phone with your company information and description of damage and we will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf. All packaging must be kept for 5 days, or until we get approval from carrier;
6.) Bonny Doon Farm makes no guarantees on territory protection but will check each new customers store type and ordering history. If an order has not been placed in three months the territory is considered open.
